Description
5-Speed Manual Transmission Gearbox Working Model is a mechanical demonstration model designed to explain the working principle of a multi-speed automobile transmission. The model contains multiple gears mounted on shafts and a selector mechanism with positions for first, second, third, fourth, fifth and neutral gears. By moving the gear selector, different gear combinations can be engaged to obtain different speed and torque ratios. The model demonstrates gear meshing, mechanical power transmission, gear ratios, torque multiplication and the basic operation of a manual automobile transmission.
